Advice on Call

At Highline HR we can assist you with any unexpected HR questions and queries that come up. We are on-call for answers and advice as-needed. Especially for any challenges related to hiring, employee relations, performance management and reviews, terminations, compliance and all other questions relating to people.

Our "Advice-On-Call" service can:

• Assist you in mediating and resolving unexpected people challenges

• Answer questions about legal requirements for employment

• Provide ongoing advice and consultation (This can be by phone and or by email)

• Provide suggestions and advice on best practice policy considerations

• Participate in meetings (in house or via Zoom etc) or any circumstance where Human Resource and/or employment law related advice may be needed

• Assist you in attending, mediating and resolving unexpected people challenges

• Update your current HR-related documents upon request to align with current law and governing documentation.

• Proactively monitor New Zealand labour law changes and update and documents you may have that have been affected by these law changes
